How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

To cancel your membership, please fill out the form here.

To hold your membership, please fill out the form here.

For maternity leave or injuries, please fill out the form here.

All cancel requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due.

Membership downgrades and hold requests need to be received in writing 15 days before the next payment is due. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months. Requirements do not apply for maternity leave or injury holds.
