Stroller Strides is opening up outside! We will keep our virtual schedule for now as well (enroll under Virtual Stroller Strides for those classes). Class has a minimum enrollment and will be cancelled due to weather. Watch your e-mail for class changes and the Virtual Stroller Strides option will be our backup.
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Children are required to stay in the stroller through the duration of class.
Classes are offered outdoors May-October and indoors November-April.

Indoor Class Safety: Upon arrival, wash or sanitize your hands. Temperature checks will be administered via touchless device by your instructor before entering the workout space. Wear your mask for the entire class and maintain a space of at least 6 feet between moms. Kids are required to remain in the stroller and we are not allowed to stay after class in the workout space.
Outdoor Class Safety: Masks are required for check in and may be required for travel between stations depending on location/space for distancing. Strollers and moms will be appropriately spaced at all stations.
