Body Boost HIIT

Body Boost® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Cancellations/location changes for weather or low enrollment will be made an hour before class and will be communicated via email to all enrolled.

Indoor Class Safety: Upon arrival, wash or sanitize your hands. Temperature checks will be administered via touchless device by your instructor before entering the workout space. Wear your mask for the entire class and maintain a space of at least 6 feet between moms.

Outdoor Class Safety: Masks are required for check in and may be required for travel between stations depending on location/space for distancing.
