Body Back- Let's do this!

Our January Body Back sessions kicked off last week, and we are so excited for the 30 women going through this program. Body Back is an amazing program, and they are about to embark on an incredible journey. And guess what, so are we.

Together, Lisa and I are going to put ourselves through the Body Back program. We are going to keep each other accountable with our food journals and workouts. Twice a week at 5:30 am, Lisa is going to come to my house and we are going to put ourselves through the exact same workouts we use in class.

You may be asking yourself "Wait a second...They are the fitness professionals- don't they already workout?" Yes, we do. But Body Back is something different. Body Back is about accountability and support. It's about setting goals, and exceeding them. It's about finding time for YOU, because YOU are worth it.

We know that the Body Back program works- we've both been through it before. I put myself through the program 5 years ago when we first started offering Body Back and it is what inspired Lisa to become an instructor 2 years ago. This time, we will be sharing our experience along the way- and gulp!- our before and after pictures with all of you out there. So stay tuned!

Lisa's Why: I am going through the Body Back program again because the past few months, my eating has gotten away from me. I have gained an inch or 2 here and there and a few pounds too. I love having the accountability that the Body Back program gives me. Body Back has given me excellent results in the past and I am looking forward to getting back on track and getting myself toned up!

Jackie's Why: It's time for this mama to get her Body Back. I have had a year of excuses- ok, yes- very valid excuses, but it's time to walk the walk and talk the talk. My main goal of doing Body Back is to find time for me. With transitioning to three kiddos, and running a business from home- I need something for just me. Physically, I want to correct my posture- my pregnancy and now nursing are killing my posture and I want to work on that. And I want to be strong again! Not being able to exercise for a majority of my pregnancy really affected my endurance and strength and I want to move towards getting that back.
