Info on Body Back Summer Mini Sessions Coming Soon!!

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Transformation Include?

  • 2 HIIT Workouts per week in a small group formats
  • Before & After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Meal Planning and Family Friendly Whole Food Recipes
  • At Home Workouts and Challenges
  • Online coaching and support

Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Body Back Schedule is as follows:

Starting March 22nd

  • Windy City Fieldhouse (Logan Square) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:00 pm, Saturday morning at 7:45 am - SOLD OUT!
  • Windy City Fieldhouse - Wednesday night at 8:00pm and Saturday Morning 8:45am.

Starting March 29th

  • Kidville (Lincoln Park) Early Daytime Option- Monday and Thursday at 6:00 am (start daye March 30th)
  • Crosstown Fitness (Lakeview) - Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am
  • Evolution Fitness (Sauganash) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and Saturday morning at 8:00 am
  • Athletico Center (Northbrook) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and Saturday morning at 7:30 am
  • Little Beans (Evanston) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:00 pm and Saturday morning at 7:30 am
  • Camelot Park (Arlington Heights) Evening and Weekend Option - Wednesday Night at 7:30pm and Saturday morning at 7:30am -

New clients price is $369, current Fit4Mom/Stroller Strides monthly members $349, returning Body Back clients $329 (members and returning clients please email us to receive your special pricing).

*Body Back is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our prenatal program Fit4Baby or Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre! It is also recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.
