Body Back »

Body Back Transformation Sessions Starts Next Month!

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Transformation Include?

Fit4Baby Prenatal »

Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

Fit4Baby is now offered in Chicago and Evanston!

Stroller Strides »

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Classes are offered outdoors May-October and indoors November-April.

Stroller Strides classes are offered currently offered in Chicago, Arlington Heights, Morton Grove, Glenview , Vernon Hills and Evanston. Check the locations tab to see all of our locations.

Stroller Barre »

What is Stroller Barre? Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. This class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Support. Connect. Empower. Make a difference. FIT4MOM and Stroller Strides is proud to offer, "Our Village". All Stroller Strides locations offers an Our Village Playgroup and membership is FREE. Women, especially moms, are invaluable change agents. Our Village harnesses this power through its 'Moms with a Mission' program. This program is directed at helping better the communities in which each of you live and play through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment. There is tremendous power in moms coming together for a cause. Join us. Make a difference.

Each month Our Village will host play dates, moms' nights out, and activities for you and your family. There is no cost to be part of Our Village.
