What is Body Back Transformation? It is a results based workout program for moms of any age. Classes offer high intensity, interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, a meal plan and food journal, coaching and support in a motivating and inspirational program. This class is for moms-only and is offered in 8-week sessions.more

Can I exercise while I'm pregnant?
Yes! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Classes are offered outdoors May-October and indoors November-April.

What is Stroller Barre? Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. This class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Women, especially moms, are invaluable change agents. Our Village harnesses this power through its 'Moms with a Mission' program. This program is directed at helping better the communities in which each of you live and play through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.
