Jasmine was born and raised on the north side of Chicago. Awarded the ability to expand on her life-long passion for soccer, she earned her Bachelors in Applied Health Science/Kinesiology and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Further expanding her horizons, in 2013 Jasmine participated in the Women's Olympics qualifying with the Guatemalan Women's National Team. Jasmine has worked for the Chicago Athletic Clubs for over six years. After the birth of her son, Johan, in 2016 while still attending school, she decided to become a stay-at-home. She then join Fit4mom and found a community she could relate with as a new mom with a passion for fitness. Inspired by the support and motivation she received from the instructors, Jasmine decided she wanted to provide the same encouragement for other mothers and expecting mothers. She is excited to share her passion for fitness with the mamas and their children.
